Lafayette closes out the regular season Saturday afternoon when the Leopards host Army at 2 p.m. With its win Wednesday night Lafayette locked up the six seed in the Patriot League Tournament and will face either Army or American next Thursday night.

The Leopards took down Colgate on Wednesday night, 81-70. Emily Homan led four players in double figures with 17 points and nine boards. Linnel Macklin and Jamie O'Hare each netted 14 points, while Maddie Peabody finished with 10 points off the bench.
Prior to tomorrow’s game, the Lafayette women’s basketball team will honor its four seniors. Madeline Fahan has appeared in 111 games, making 70 starts in four years for the Leopards. The Ventura, Calif. native averages 5.1 points per game for her career, including 7.3 points per contest this season. Danielle Fiacco has made 108 appearances during her four-year career on College Hill, averaging 9.2 points per game. Fiacco broke the Patriot League career blocked shots record earlier this season and now has 363 in her career. The Brewster, N.Y. native also holds Lafayette’s rebounding record with 845 total boards. Kristan Liddle has seen action in 109 games over the past four seasons. The Irvine, Calif. native averages 1.1 points and 2.0 rebounds per game for her career. Kelly Loughney has played two seasons for Lafayette after transferring from NYU. The New Jersey native averages 5.2 points and 3.5 boards for her career.
Across the Pond
Freshman Harriet Ottewill-Soulsby made the most the most of her first career start on Wednesday night, tying her career-high with eight points and grabbing a career best 10 boards. At Lehigh she scored seven straight points for the Leopards, providing a much needed spark off the bench. The England native scored a career-high eight points off the bench, including six in the second half to help the Leopards push past the Raiders earlier this season. Ottewill-Soulsby is averaging 2.3 points and 1.7 rebounds per game since the start of Patriot League play.
The Leopards locked up the sixth seed in the Patriot League Tournament securing a first round bye. Lafayette will take on either American or Army in the quarterfinals of the Patriot League Tournament on Thursday night.
