Hyatt Notches Spot on Academic All-League Team

EASTON, Pa.- Junior goalkeeper Jake Hyatt of the Lafayette men’s lacrosse team was named to the Patriot League All-Academic Team, the League announced Wednesday.

Hyatt, a Ridgefield, Conn. native, was stellar in goal all season long making 160 saves in 12 games. The junior led the Patriot League in saves and was seventh in the nation in saves per game, while making at least 10 saves in 11 games this season.

The engineering and economics major boasts a 3.63 cumulative GPA and is making his second consecutive appearance on the Academic All-League team.

“Congratulations to Jake on this recognition by the Patriot League,” head coach Jim Rogalski said. “He deserves to be recognized for his successes on and off the field.”
