Mick Statham of the Lafayette women's soccer program announced the addition of four student-athletes to the team on Wednesday as part of National Signing Day. Emily Coe, Lauren Cunningham, Shannon Phee and Lindsay Dewar formalized their intention to join the Leopards as members of the Class of 2024.

Why Lafayette: The equal balance of Division One sports and strong academics, paired with Lafayette's overall sense of community is my answer to "Why Lafayette?" Shortly after my first visit, I knew Lafayette had the potential to be my home away from home. Why Lafayette: Lafayette offers a challenging and competitive academic and D1 program, two things I was searching for in a college. After being introduced to Lafayette and spending time on campus, I knew Lafayette was my first choice. The environment was extremely welcoming and I wanted to spend my next 4 years here. I am so excited to continue my athletic and academic careers at Lafayette! Go Leopards!

Why Lafayette:Â I chose Lafayette because the second I stepped foot on campus I fell in love with the school.
