Carly Riepenhoff is in her first year as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Success and the department's Senior Woman Administrator. She serves as a liaison between the academic division and the athletic department as a member of the Athletics Leadership Team. Her role includes the oversight of all facets of the academic support service programs and student-athlete development initiatives Additionally, she oversees cross country and track & field, swimming & diving, women's basketball, softball and tennis. 

Riepenhoff coordinates various events and initiatives across the department including the PARDees, the staff development program, and acts as a point of contact for human resources. She manages programs in support of the student-athlete experience, including New Student-Athlete Orientation, the annual Student-Athlete Welcome Back Picnic, Peer Mentor Program, SAAC and the Oaks Leadership Academy.

She is a member of various campus and league committees such as Student Support and Intervention, the Restorative Justice team and the Patriot League Anti-Racism Commission while also serving as a Title IX hearing advisor and decision maker. 

Riepenhoff came to Lafayette in 2016 as the Coordinator of Student-Athlete Academic Support. She was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development and Academic Support in 2019 and Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Services in 2023. From 2016-2019, Riepenhoff also served as an assistant softball coach for Leopards.

Prior to coming to arriving on College Hill, Riepenhoff served as the Assistant Learning Specialist for Student-Athlete Academic Services at Kent State University. Before that, she taught Human Anatomy and Sport Physiology to high school students at Celina High School in Celina, Ohio.

Riepenhoff is a 2010 graduate of Bowling Green State University where she majored in Exercise Science and was a member of the softball team. After graduation, Carly worked as a sports performance coach and private pitching instructor for junior high and high school athletes at F.A.S.T. in Lima, Ohio. She earned her master of science degree in Exercise Physiology while at Kent State and completed a master's certificate program in College Teaching.

A native of Lima, Ohio she resides in Easton, Pa. with her husband, Andrew, and their sons, Beau, Jay and Drew.
