Volleyball Participates in Read Across America

EASTON, Pa. – The Lafayette women’s volleyball team participated in Read Across American on Monday afternoon as four members of the team, along with head coach Terri Dadio Campbell, traveled to Farmersville Elementary School in Bethlehem, Pa. to read to fifth-grade classes.

Sarah Moult, Danielle Towslee, Maggie Evans and Jet Manzi took part in the Read Across America program at Farmersville Elementary School in Bethlehem, Pa. today. They each read to a fifth grade classroom and then talked to the students about their experiences as a student-athlete at Lafayette. They also discussed their majors, their academic schedule and athletic commitments at Lafayette.

One of the fifth grade teachers, Regina Braun, was a former Lafayette volleyball player from the Class of 1995.

The 2013 volleyball team finished 11-16 overall and 3-13 in the Patriot League.
