Leopards' Succumb to Bucknell 3-0 in Patriot League Volleyball Action

EASTON, Pa. (www.lafayette.edu) - The Lafayette volleyball team dropped its second Patriot League match in as many nights, as the Leopards fell 3-0 to Bucknell on Saturday.

Lafayette lost by scores of 30-24, 30-22 and 30-21, dropping to 1-13 on the season, and 0-2 in league play.

The Leopards' struggled to a -.020 hitting percentage as a team, and could not contend with Bucknell's Trapasso sisters.

Breean Trapasso finished with 27 assists and eight kills for the Bison, and Brandi Trapasso notched team-highs with 11 kills and 14 digs.

Lafayette returns to the court on Tuesday when they travel to Rider University and try to avenge an early season 3-1 loss to the Broncs.
