Liza Blank Named Academic All-Patriot League

EASTON, Pa. - Sophomore Liza Blank of the Lafayette women's tennis team has earned a spot on the Academic All-Patriot League team, as voted upon by the league's sports information directors and announced by the league office this afternoon. Blank currently owns a 3.83 cumulative grade-point average as a Psychology major. To be considered for the Academic All-Patriot League team, a student-athlete must own a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher while contributing on the field as a starter or key reserve. Blank earned one win in singles play during the Patriot League season and grabbed a pair of doubles victories against league foes. She was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in 2011.
