Navy, Colgate Oust Women's Tennis

EASTON, Pa. - The Lafayette women's tennis team began its 2012 Patriot League slate with 7-0 losses to last year's league runner-up Navy and Colgate this past weekend. The Leopards now stand at 3-5 overall and 0-2 in league action. Lafayette was topped in all of its individual matches in both contests, though Amanda Kusnierz and Lauren Gibbons claimed an exhibition doubles meeting from Colgate, 8-4. The Leopards return to action on Wednesday, April 4 in Easton for a visit from Rider. Patriot League play resumes on April 13 and 14 with matches against Army and Holy Cross at West Point. Results
