EASTON, Pa. - The Lafayette women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision at Colgate on Saturday to fall to 1-3 this season.

Freshman Caroline Nixon went three sets before falling at her first singles, 6-1, 4-6, 6-4. Sophomore Amanda Kusnierz won her first set before dropping the final two to lose, 2-6, 6-2, 6-3. Junior Lucy Bass fell in her No. 5 singles match, 6-2, 7-5.

In doubles the Leopards struggled with Bass and senior Alison Dally falling, 8-0, while Nixon and Kusnierz lost, 8-1.

The Leopards return to the court on March 1 when they host Towson at 3:30 p.m.
