Women's Tennis Wins One in Three-Match Weekend

The Lafayette women's tennis team competed in three matches over the weekend, winning one in West Point, N.Y. The Leopards took care of Holy Cross on Friday, 5-2, before falling to Loyola, 7-0, on Saturday and Army, 4-0, on Sunday.

The Lafayette women's tennis team dropped its fifth match of the season on Thursday afternoon, falling at Saint Peter's, 4-3.

Hofstra Sweeps Weekend Set with Leopards

Lafayette's men's and women's tennis teams dropped a pair of matches to Hofstra over the weekend at Northwood Racquet Club in Easton, Pa. The men fell 5-2, while the women lost by a 6-1 margin.

Lafayette Falls to Drexel, Fairfield Over Weekend

The Lafayette's men's and women's tennis teams matched up against Drexel and Fairfield over the weekend, falling in all four matches. On Saturday, the Leopards hosted Fairfield with the men falling 4-3 and the women taking a 5-2 defeat. Against Drexel, the men fell 4-1 and the women lost, 5-0.

Women's Tennis Drops Opener to Niagara

The Lafayette women's tennis team dropped its first match of the spring season on Saturday afternoon, falling to Niagara, 6-1, at Lehigh. Niagara claimed the doubles point and four of the five single matches to gain the victory.
