Fightin' Blue Hens out swim Leopards for non-conference win.

NEWARK, Del. (www.lafayette.edu) - The Lafayette women's swimming and diving team were beaten by non-conference opponent Delaware today in Newark, Del.
Freshman diver Alana Anzalone (Shavertown, Pa./Wyoming Seminary) continues her dominance on the boards, taking both the one- and three-meter diving competitions.
Several second place finishes by the Leopards include both the 400 medley relay of Alison Scudder, Lisa Loray, Nancy Haystrand and Leah Gruenke as well as the 400 freestyle relay team consisting of Meredith Smith, Liz Tutschek, Jessica Howell O'Neill and Ellen Rogers.
The Blue Hens improved their record to 3-3 overall while Lafayette falls to 2-3 overall and 0-1 in the Patriot League.
The team travels to Florida Jan. 4-11 for its annual Winter Training Trip and will return to Easton to face off with Bucknell on Jan. 13 at 1:00 p.m.
