Softball Places Nine on Academic Honor Roll

EASTON, Pa. - The Lafayette softball program had nine players qualify for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. To eligible, student-athletes must earn a 3.2 semester grade-point average while competing in a Patriot League sport with spring championship.

Both of the seniors on Lafayette's 2013 roster achieved honor roll status with Jordan Parsons securing a 3.90 semester GPA in Government & Law and Madeline Allen garnering a 3.40 GPA while earning a degree in Psychology. Lafayette had two juniors, one sophomore and four freshmen qualify for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Bucknell placed 12 student-athletes on the Academic Honor Roll followed by Holy Cross (10), Lafayette (9), Lehigh (8), Colgate (4) and Army (3).
