High School: Two-sport athlete excelling and earning multiple awards and honors in softball and basketball... part of Class AA Section 3 Championship teams in 2008 and 2011...earned Second-Team All-League honors in 2008 and First-Team All-League honors in 2009, 2010, and 2011...was a multiple winner of the Scholar-Athlete Award from 2008-2012 and has earned other academic honors such as the Cicero North Syracuse Outstanding Character Award, the Clarkson University Leadership Award and the Plank Road Chamber of Commerce Female Athlete Award...actively participated in the Optimist Club and National Honor Society.

Why I Chose Lafayette: As soon as I stepped on campus for the first time to tour, I fell in love with it. It was the school where I thought to myself, "I can really see myself going here." From then on, I never found another school that compared to Lafayette in my mind.
