I. Academics

What do you enjoy about your major?

I like how Biology covers so many spectrums… from the human body, to evolution and ecology. I’m able to take classes in all of these subjects, so I don’t get bored learning the same thing over and over again.

One class that every Lafayette student should try to take is…:

Cultural Anthropology. It really gets you thinking from different perspectives and I think that is important, no matter what profession you eventually go into.

What has been your most important academic experience (class/project/internship) at Lafayette and why?

Dissecting a cat in Comparative Vertebrate Anatomy. It was a six week lab and each week we would basically take off another layer of the body…and the formaldehyde smell never leaves you.

Do you have any post-graduation plans?

I plan on taking a year or so off to work as a nurse assistant so I can get my hours for PA School (Physician assistant).

II. Athletics

With seven goals so far this year, you are now fifth in school history with 16 in your career. What does that accomplishment mean to you?

It means a lot because it shows I’ve been able to help the team succeed over my four years here. Obviously personal achievements are nice, but in the end the Patriot League title is all that matters.

As a senior, what leadership roles have you assumed this season?

I’ve tried to be more outgoing to the underclassmen and explain to them that becoming a good player at this level is a process. It’s not something you pick up in a few weeks…it’s a gradual learning process, but at the end of it you’ll be great.

What is it going to take to get back to the Patriot League Tournament?

Showing up knowing that we are going to win every game. At this point it all comes down to how we play and if we’re mentally prepared for the games. We’ve done all the hard practices, we just have to know that we’re good enough.

III. Personal

What reality show would you have the best chance of winning?

What song/band/album is most likely to be playing on your iPod?

Maroon 5 or Jason Mraz

What movie can you quote word-for-word?

Anchorman or Step Brothers

Who is most famous person you have ever met?

Ummm…Johnny Unitas went to my church?
