First Touch

- Lafayette is seeking its first Patriot League win after opening the league slate with a 1-0 loss to Bucknell and a 1-1 draw to Holy Cross. Freshman Krista Kissell helped the Leopards rescue a point in Worcester, Mass. on Saturday, scoring the equalizing goal in the 84th minute.

- Lafayette’s road to the Patriot League Tournament started on a similar path a year ago, starting the 2016 season with a 0-1-1 mark. The Leopards went on to finish 3-5-1 in Patriot League play and became the first sixth seed ever to win a tournament game, 1-0 in double overtime over Lehigh in the quarterfinals.
