Kim Fritchman completed her seventh season on head coach Mick Statham's staff. Fritchman graduated from Mansfield in 2008, where she majored in Elementary Education and earned a minor in Spanish.

She was a standout student-athlete on the women's soccer squad. During her time at Mansfield, she played in the midfield and was a PSAC scholar-athlete all four years.

Fritchman is officially certified with her USSF D National coaching license and is currently a sixth grade teacher in the Allentown School District.
