Women's Lacrosse Garners Four All-League Selections

The Lafayette women's lacrosse team landed four players on the All-Patriot League Team, led by senior Ana White's first-team selection. Seniors Laura Kleiber and Rachel Martin, along with freshman Kirsten Wilhelmsen were named to the second team.

White finishes her career as the Patriot League career leader in draw controls (398) and caused turnovers (125). The Swarthmore, Pa. native was a four-time All-Patriot League selection and completed her career with 218 points on 146 goals and 72 assists.

Kleiber earns her second straight spot on the All-League team after leading the Leopards in points (55) and goals (48). The senior ended her career with 116 goals and 136 points. Martin was named to the All-Patriot League squad for the fourth straight year. She collected 25 ground balls and caused 18 turnovers this season. Over her four years on College Hill, Martin caused 66 turnovers and picked up 105 ground balls.

Wilhelmsen makes her first appearance on the All-Patriot League team. The freshman was named Patriot League Rookie of the Week, in the final week. The honor was Wilhelmsen second of the season after scoring five goals for the Leopards in their final game of the season. The Wallingford, Pa. native finished her rookie campaign with 36 goals, the most by a Lafayette freshman since Addie Godfrey scored 38 in 2010.
