EASTON, Pa.- Junior Brittany Blass and senior Aimee Smith were named to the All-Patriot League Tournament team at the conclusion of the tournament on Saturday afternoon. The Leopards fell to American in overtime, 2-1, on Friday.

Blass anchored the Lafayette defense, holding American to just five shots and three penalty corners in the game. The junior also fired three shots and helped maintain the Lafayette attack throughout the afternoon.

Smith controlled the middle of the field against American, while also helping out on the offensive and defensive ends. The midfield was a key contributor to the Leopards success this season.

Lafayette finished the season 6-12 overall and 3-3 in the Patriot League, making an appearance in the league tournament for the 17th time, the most in the Patriot League.
