Junior Maggie Condon Receives Weekly Patriot League Field Hockey Honor

EASTON, Pa. - Junior tri-captain Maggie Condon (Lake Bluff, Ill./Lake Forest) was named the Patriot League Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week as announced by the conference on Monday.
Lafayette field hockey (4-7) recorded its first Patriot League victory of the season with a 3-2 win over Lehigh on Saturday and Condon was responsible for the first two goals. An Economics & Business major, Condon also had an assist on the game-winning mark by freshman Meghan Cicchi to secure the win.
Condon received 2006 Patriot League All-first team honors and currently leads the Maroon and White with 13 points this season. She has recorded a team-high five goals and has three assists.
The Leopards take a break in conference play to face Penn State on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Easton, Pa.
