EASTON, Pa.- Friday evening's field hockey game between Lafayette and Rider has been postponed to a later date due to lightning. The game was delayed with 6:15 left in the first half as the Leopards held the lead over the Rider Broncs, 2-0.
Goals by junior Haley Keenan and sophomore Jenna Seybert helped Lafayette take control, but lightning strikes forced a 30-minute delay that ultimately ended in a mutual decision by the coaches to play at another date.
