Field Hockey Sends Three to US Field Hockey Tournaments
Amanda Magadan, Hannah Millen and Kirby Szalkowski will play in US Field Hockey Tournaments

EASTON, Pa. – Three Lafayette field hockey players will be playing in high level tournaments with USA Field Hockey this summer. Amanda Magadan and Hannah Millen earned spots with the Women’s National Championship teams, while Kirby Szalkowski garnered a spot on the Under 21 Championship tournament.
"I am very happy for Amanda, Hannah, and Kirby to have earned the opportunity to be selected for the Women's National Championship and the Under 21 Championship.” Head Coach Jennifer Stone said. “These are highly regarded tournaments with the best players in the country. The High Performance training will undoubtedly provide them with great experience to bring back to the team."
Magadan and Millen will play in the tournament at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pa. from June 16-21. Szalkowski will also play in Lancaster, Pa. from June 22-25. These tournaments serve as selection trials for the U.S. Women’s National Squad and the Junior National Teams.
