Field Hockey Lands 11 on Academic Honor Roll

EASTON, Pa. - Eleven members of the Lafayette field hockey team have been named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league announced Thursday.

Seniors Emily Valeo, an English major, and Jaclyn White, a Geology major, were both honored for the fourth consecutive season. Valeo finished with a 3.80 GPA for the fall semester, and White ended 2012 with a 3.78 GPA.

Freshman Sally Trout, a Dallastown, Pa. native, had the highest GPA on the team during the fall semester with a 3.93 GPA.

To be eligible for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the fall semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's seven fall championship sports.
