Stone Adds Dalrymple to Field Hockey Staff

Hanover, Pa. native joins Leopards after two seasons at Hofstra

Sarah Dalrymple, a 2011 Temple graduate, returns to College Hill for her second season. Dalrymple previously served as an assistant at Hofstra for two seasons before joining the Lafayette coaching staff last year. While with the Pride, she was responsible for team practice organization, player development, recruiting evaluation, equipment and team travel operations, and other administrative responsibilities.

Prior to her time at Hofstra, she was an assistant at Longwood, where she served as acting head coach during the spring of 2012. She has also worked as the Head Recruiting Coordinator in Member services for NCSA Athletic Recruiting in Chicago, Ill., as well as serving in a coaching role for the Panthers United Field Hockey Club in Richmond, Va. and the USA Field Hockey Futures Program in Farmville, Va.

Dalrymple was a four-year player at Temple from 2006-10, serving as a team captain her final two seasons. She was the team’s defensive MVP in her senior season and earned NFHCA Second-Team All-Mid-Atlantic Region and Atlantic 10 Conference All-Championship Team honors in her final year.

She has continued her playing career at the international level as a member of the U.S. National Indoor Team in 2012 and 2013. She was also a member of the U.S. Developmental Squad in 2010 and 2011 and helped the U.S. Women’s Senior National Team to a National Championship performance in 2010 and 2011.
