EASTON, Pa. - Lafayette's men's and women's basketball teams are hosting Maroon Madness, a promotional event to acquaint Leopard fans with the teams and the recently renovated Kirby Sports Center arena, on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 1-2 p.m.
The event, which will be held in the Kirby arena, falls one day after each team opens the 2013-14 season. The women host Rider on Friday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. while the men take on Villanova at 8 p.m. The women's game can be seen on the Patriot League Network and the men's contest on Fox Sports 2.
Maroon Madness will consist of team introductions, shooting contests, a dunk contest and a meet and greet with the student-athletes and coaching staffs.
