EASTON, Pa. – Lafayette women’s basketball rising junior Annette Snow and rising sophomore Harriet Ottewill-Soulsby will play against each other at the FIBA U20 European Championships on July 13 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Snow is playing for Israel and is averaging 7.2 points and 5.2 rebounds per game through six games in the tournament. Ottewill-Soulsby is chipping in 5.0 points and 4.2 boards per game as the captain of the Great Britain squad.

“Having two players competing in the U20 European Championships is exciting for our program and the College,” said Lafayette head coach Dianne Nolan. “Harriet, captain of Great Britain, and Annette, one of the leading scorers of the Israel team, bodes well for our program. On Sunday, the two Leopards take center stage competing against each other.”
