Lafayette looks to win its second straight game on Wednesday evening when the team travels to Sojka Pavilion to meet Bucknell. The game will be shown live online on the Patriot League Network.
Bucknell captured victory in the first meeting of the season between the two sides. Lafayette gave up a season-high 96 points in the 10-point setback.
Lafayette has limited its opponents to 25.4 percent shooting from three-point range over its last five games (32-of-126).
Lafayette held Navy to a season-low 54 points and a season-low 34 percent from the floor in the 18-point win. The victory snapped an 11-game losing streak .
Junior Joey Ptasinskihas scored in double figures in nine straight games and has back-to-back 20 point outings. Ptasinski is second on the team with an average of 13.5 points per game in Patriot League play.
Lafayette is 2-9 on the road this season, while Bucknell holds a 5-4 mark in games played in Lewisburg, Pa. The Leopards have never won a game at Sojka Pavilion (0-15).
On the season, Michael Hoffmanis 7-of-10 from downtown, including a 6-of-8 effort in conference games.
Joey Ptasinskiand Seth Hinrichsare climbing the all-time list for three-point field goals. Ptasinski is alone in ninth all-time with 153 career threes, while Hinrichs is 12th at 143 treys.
