Antolick came to Lafayette in 2008 with a wealth of playing and coaching experience. She played four years of varsity basketball at DeSales University, where she was named the MAC Freedom Conference Player of the Year in 2004. She graduated in 2005 with a degree in Sport Management.
Following her graduation from DeSales, Antolick went on to earn her master's degree in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg in 2007. At ESU, she served as a graduate assistant with the women's basketball team. While there, she assisted in the scouting and recruiting of prospective student-athletes, development of strength and conditioning workouts and was responsible for postgame press releases. Antolick's first coaching position came as an assistant at Cedar Crest College where she assisted in recruiting and planning practices.
