Frank Kirkleski '27 was known as one of the hardest-hitting backfield men in the game during his four years as a part of the Lafayette football program. A four-year varsity halfback, he made an impressionable mark during his freshman season when he shocked archrival Lehigh with a run that gave the Leopards a 13-3 last minute victory in 1923.
