Annapolis, Md. - The Lafayette men’s tennis team fell to 5-8 on the season after being swept by Navy on Saturday, 7-0. Scott Gelbman forced his match into a third set, eventually being defeated by Nicholas Gutsche 2-6, 6-2, (10-6). In doubles, James Murphy teamed up with Andrew Morris and were defeated by Jeremy New and his partner Eddie Konrad 8-4. Lafayette hosts St. Peters on Thursday at 3:30 pm.
