Leopards Compete in Lehigh Invite

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The men's tennis team competed in the Lehigh Invitational on Sunday in Bethlehem, Pa. Lafayette picked up one win against Buffalo, three against Monmouth and one against Lehigh.
The Leopards spilt their matches with the Monmouth Hawks. Scott Gelbman defeated David Sherwood 6-2, 6-4, while senior Kyle MacLelland picked up a 6-3, 7-5 victory against Steve Suboleslo. Matt Shapiro beat Jon Silverstein 6-2, 7-5 to round out play against the Hawks.
Lafayette's Andrew Morris played Lehigh's Edgars Rauza and picked up a 8-5 win against the Mountain Hawk.
Lafayette travels back to Bethlehem to compete in the Lehigh Fall Championships on Oct. 16-17.
