Men's Tennis off to Good Start
Lafayette's Men's Tennis took down Rider over the weekend in a 7-0 win, not allowing Rider to win any of the matches.
During the singles match up's on Saturday afternoon senior Eric Wiley only allowed one game against Greg Anastasio, as did freshman Scott Gelbman against Drew Laverty. While senior Steven Benezra did not allow any games against competitor Ryan Carpenter.
During the doubles match up duo Eric Wiley and Doug Gallagher did not allow any games for their competitors. Senior James Murphy and partner Andrew Morris had an 8-6 win against the Bronco's while Scott Gelbman and Kyle MacLelland had an 8-2 victory.
The men's tennis team travels to N.Y. to take on Wagner Sept. 27.
