BALTIMORE (www.lafayette.edu) - Lafayette's men's and women's tennis teams both posted wins at Loyola on Thursday. The men picked up a 7-0 win, while the women claimed a 6-1 decision in their season finale.

In the men's match, Lafayette won five of six singles matches in straight sets en route to the shutout win. Paul Guarino posted the Leopards' most convincing win, 6-1, 6-0 at No. 6 singles.

The Leopards also swept the three doubles matches for their seventh team point.

On the women's side, Lafayette won five singles matches and two doubles pairings for the 6-1 win. Danielle Bailey and Jacqui Bonder won three-set decisions at No. 5 and No. 6 singles, respectively. Bailey was a 2-6, 6-2, 7-5 winner, while Bonder claimed a 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 decision.

In doubles action, Lauren Clarke and Jessica Kissen were 8-0 winners at No. 1 doubles.

The Lafayette men (13-7) return to action on Friday, visiting Mount St. Mary's at 4 p.m. The women close their season at 9-9 overall.
