Mt. Pleasant, S.C. - The Lafayette men's and women's tennis teams both dropped their matches, 7-0, at the College of Charleston on Wednesday.
Though Steven Benezra battled in a 7-5 loss with Joe Nicolazzi in the fourth singles, Nicolazzi defeated him in the second set, 6-1. The third men's doubles team of Andrew Morris and James Murphy came close but couldn't pull out a win over Mickael Boyer and Chris Toussaint, falling 8-7 (5).
Meanwhile, the women struggled all day, never finishing with better than a 6-2 loss in a set.
The Leopards finish their four-match road trip on March 25 at Delaware.
