- Lafayette hosts American in a critical Patriot League showdown at Oaks Stadium on Saturday afternoon for Senior Day.

- The Leopards are alone in sixth place in the Patriot League standings, a spot that would give them the final seed in the Patriot League Tournament. A win on Saturday and losses or draws by both Army and Colgate would clinch a postseason berth for the Maroon and White.

- Lafayette is coming off a thrilling 3-2 comeback victory over Navy on Wednesday in which sophomore Evan Vare netted all three goals.

- American comes into the game looking to right the ship after consecutive 4-1 losses to Lehigh and Loyola.

- Saturday marks Lafayette's annual Senior Day, celebrating the team's senior class. Prior to the game, Lafayette's four seniors, Will Feldman, Brian Ehrlich, Christian Moyse and Brad Seeber, will be honored with an on-field ceremony.
