EASTON, Pa. – For the second consecutive year, the Lafayette men's soccer team will join the Go4theGoal Foundation's "Lace-Up 4 Pediatric Cancer" campaign on Saturday afternoon against Army. This year, the Leopards will be wearing gold laces during the match to raise awareness for pediatric cancer.
"We are excited to continue our partnership with the Go4theGoal Foundation and help raise awareness for a worthy cause," said Lafayette head coach Dennis Bohn.
Founded in 2006, the Go4theGoal Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that provides children undergoing cancer treatment and their families with financial assistance, runs fun hospital-based programs, grants special wishes and supplies electronics to children and pediatric oncology units in over 20 hospitals across the country.
