- Lafayette returns home looking to get back on the winning track against Army West Point on Wednesday evening. The Leopards won their Patriot League opener over Bucknell by a 1-0 score, but fell at Holy Cross by a 2-0 margin over the weekend to sit at 1-1 in conference action.
- Senior goalkeeper Brad Seeber made his return to the net against Holy Cross after missing five games due to head and hand injuries suffered in the Fairfield match. In Worcester, Seeber made four saves while allowing two goals in the loss. Classmate Brian Ehrlich has played admirably in his stead, coming up with two big-time saves to keep the Bison off the board in the Leopards’ lone victory on Sept. 23.
- Head coach Dennis Bohn is working with a young squad this season, featuring just four seniors with three of them being goalies. The Holy Cross starting lineup featured two seniors (Moyse and Seeber), one junior (Joe DeStefano), six sophomores (Chris Gomez, Diego Gomera-Tavarez, Dylan Royalty, Evan Vare, Ryan Goncalves and Adam Bramson) and two freshmen (Martin Ssessanga and Andrew Venezia).
