EASTON, Pa. - A league-best 21 members of the Lafayette men's soccer team have been recognized as members of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. All four classes and 13 academic majors are represented on the Leopards' roster of honorees.
The Leopards' 21 selections were by far the most of any Patriot League club. American ranked second with 14 members, followed by Bucknell and Colgate (13), Lehigh (11), Navy (10), Holy Cross (8) and Army (7). Collectively, the men's soccer program boasted a 3.40 GPA in the fall - the highest in program history.
Luke Calvano (Economics & Business and Policy Studies double major, 3.60 GPA) concludes his career with four Patriot League Academic Honor Roll nods, while fellow seniors Heydt, Jake Johnson (English, 3.60) and Wayne Maminski (Economics & Business, 3.78 GPA) were all recognized for the third time in their four-year careers.
