Corbin Sutton begins his first year on College Hill as an assistant coach under Dennis Bohn. Sutton comes to Lafayette after serving as the assistant coach at his alma mater DePauw University for the previous two years.
In addition to his coaching responsibilities at DePauw, Sutton was responsible for training, game management, scouting and recruiting. During Sutton's tenure, DePauw posted an overall record of 23-12-1, including a 13-6-0 mark in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC), and finished no lower than third in the league.
Prior to his coaching stint at DePauw, Sutton spent one year as an assistant coach at Northwestern University. He served as the scouting, travel and on-campus recruiting coordinator in addition to fulfilling his coaching duties.
During his playing career at DePauw, Sutton was a four-year starter and was a co-captain his senior season. He graduated from DePauw in 2001 with a degree in Psychology.
Sutton earned his NSCAA Advanced National Diploma in 2007. He resides on College Hill.
