2017: Played in 16 games, starting in a total of 13 matches…led the team in goals (7) and points (15)…tied for first on the team in game-winning goals (2)…ranked sixth in the Patriot League in shots…finished fifth in the Patriot League in points…earned Second-Team All-Patriot League honors.

Selected as the Patriot League Rookie of the Week on Sept. 12 and the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 15...ranked sixth in the Patriot League in scoring with seven goals in his inaugural campaign...started ina ll17 games, scoring two goals against Fordham (9/9)...totaled two assists, 16 points and 57 shots on goal, averaging 3.35 shots per game.

At Central Bucks East:
Played four years of varsity soccer…scored 42 goals and led his team to an undefeated season in his senior year…two-time District 1 Champion and 2015 PIAA AAA State Champion…2014 and 2015 All-State, Regional All-American, and Philadelphia Inquirer Player of the Year…2015 NSCAA National All-American, NSCAA/PSCA State Player of the Year…plays club soccer for Lehigh Valley United…2015-16 USYS National League leading scorer and National Championship qualifiers…earned honor roll all four years…member of the National Honor Society…volunteers through school working with non-profit organizations.

Personal: Son of Diane and Michael Vare…Michael played one year of collegiate soccer at Drexel…has three older brothers, Eric, Michael and Ryan…born on Dec, 10, 1997.
