EASTON, Pa. - The much-anticipated men's and women's basketball Patriot League tournaments commence this week and LSN All-Access will be provide exclusive coverage throughout the week from both squads.
LSN All-Access will be there on Monday when Lafayette basketball head coaches Fran O'Hanlon and Tammy Smith address the media about their first-round Patriot League match-ups. The sixth-seeded Leopard men travel to third-seed Colgate on Wednesday night at 7:05 p.m. Coverage on LSN All-Access will begin at 7 p.m.
The women have the entire week to prepare before heading to West Point, N.Y. for their side of the tournament. Lafayette will play final of four contests on Saturday evening, when they battle archrival Lehigh at 7:30 p.m. LSN All-Access will have exclusive coverage of the trip, beginning with interviews at Friday evening's Patriot League banquet through the Leopards' post-season march. Live coverage of Saturday night's game will begin at 7:25 p.m., as Lafayette looks to defeat the Mountain Hawks for the third time this season.
Throughout the week, LSN All-Access will also bring updates of the spring sports, as their seasons begin to get into full swing.
The men's lacrosse team is coming off two impressive wins this past week over Wagner and Presbyterian and now gets set to host nationally-ranked Navy on Saturday at Rappolt Field. LSN All-Access will sit down with head coach Terry Mangan to discuss the victories and the team's preparation for the Midshipmen.
The Lafayette baseball squad returns home from a weekend set at Norfolk State, a series which saw the Leopards take two of three games in the series. Head coach Joe Kinney will stop in to talk about the defending Patriot League champions' early season success.
