Bedell's Top-10 Finish Leads Leopards

Final Leaderboards

Lafayette freshman Reid Bedell finished at 4-over 148 (72-76) to lead Lafayette to 14th place in the Towson Spring Invitational.  Elon won the event with an 11-over team total of 587 on the par-72 Prospect Bay Country Club in Grasonville, Md.  

Host Towsn (+12) took second place in the team standings while Fairleigh Dickinson (+15) took third, Bethune Cookman (+18) finished fourth and William & Mary (+22) fifth. 

Bethune Cookman's Daniel Brennan captured the overall individual title with a 2-under 142, finishing one stroke ahead of three competitors.

In addition to Bedell, Lafayette had the following scores: junior James Frahm (T50; 79-75--154), senior Chad Bell (T60; 81-75--156), freshman Will Halamandaris (T91; 82-80--163) and freshman Aidan McDermott (T96; 79-84--163)

The Leopards will host the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Invitational at Silver Creek Country Club April 2-3.
