AT CHESHIRE HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year letterman...played both offensive and defensive line...won four letters combined in track and field...Connecticut Class LL and outdoor state shot put champion...All-Southern Connecticut Conference, All-State and All-New England...threw shot put 55-9 and discus 130 feet...also played basketball for two years...Honor Roll student...served on student senate and as junior class president...involved in a number of volunteer activities, including the United Way...National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete.
