Chad Walker, a 2006 Lafayette graduate, is in his third season as a coach on College Hill. Walker was an All-Patriot League Second-Team selection in his senior season of 2005 and the former tight end was a member of two Patriot League title teams.

Walker coached the Leopards' tight ends in 2009 when Mike Bolton '10 enjoyed a breakout season with 16 catches and four touchdowns.

Walker broke into the coaching profession with the Carlstad Crusaders of the European Football League in Karlstad, Sweden. He was the team's quarterback and offensive coordinator in 2008.

His first college coaching stint came during the 2008 season in which he served as assistant defensive line coach at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Va. The Yellow Jackets claimed the Old Dominion Athletic Conference title and advanced to the NCAA Division III playoffs.

The Camp Hill, Pa. native graduated from Lafayette with a degree in Anthropology and Sociology. During his senior season, he was also nominated and selected to play in the East Coast Bowl while also earning Patriot League Academic Honor Roll honors.
