2016: Played in 11 games with six starts, taking over at WILL linebacker mid way through the season after an injury to Brandon Bryant...finished second on the team in tackles with 80 stops, including a team-best 10 tackles for loss with 3.5 sacks...had five or more tackles in nine games, including 11 vs. Holy Cross (10/1), a career-high 13 at Army (10/15) and 12 vs. Georgetown (10/29).

2015: Named team's Most Improved Defensive Player...played in 11 games at linebacker and was a key special teams performer...totaled 27 tackles for the season and managed a sack against Lehigh (11/21)...had a season-best five tackles at Holy Cross (10/24)...managed at least one tackle in eight games.

2014: Played in 10 games, seeing time primarily on special teams...made a tackle vs. Lehigh in the 150th Meeting at Yankee Stadium and set a physical tone on the opening kickoff when he blasted a Lehigh special teamer running with his head down.

AT NORTHERN HIGHLANDS: Two-time All-Big North League First-Team honoree at linebacker...garnered All-Bergen County Third Team honors...served as a team captain as a senior...made 160 tackles (124 solo) with 17 tackles for loss and nine sacks in his final two seasons...carried 157 times for 1,110 yards at fullback...three-sport athlete who also competed in baseball and track and field...two-time All-Big North League First Team on the diamond, playing third base and outfield while serving as team captain...competed in indoor track and field in the sprints and shot put...Honor Roll student...DECA state finalist as a senior.

PERSONAL: Son of Stuart and Leanne Hinchen...father played Australian Rules Football for 13 seasons...native of Melbourne, Australia...has an older sister Katie who competed in track and field at the College of William and Mary, an older brother John who is a senior punter/kicker at Villanova University, two younger sisters, Grace and Jodi, and a younger brother, Eli...born 8/29/95.
