AT ST. ANTHONY'S: National Honor Society member who played wide receiver in the Catholic High School Football League...went undefeated during his junior and senior seasons...senior season cut short due to ankle injury but led team in receptions (15), receiving yards (284), receiving touchdowns (3) and kick return yards (106)...averaged a league-best 71 yards per game...recipient of the 2010 Duns Scotus Academic Award.

PERSONAL: Son of Douglas and Catherine Poetzsch...comes from same school as Ben Aloi '14 and Alex White '14...father played basketball at Siena College...has an older brother, Doug, who attends Washington and Lee and a younger sister, Leigh...born 3/3/94.
