AT WESTERN BEAVER HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year letterwinner in three sports - football, basketball, and track...captained both the football and basketball teams as a senior .... earned All-Big 7 Conference honors three times in both football and basketball...averaged 6.3 yards per carry, totalling 2,583 yards and 28 touchdowns in his career...captured the section scoring title in basketball as a senior, averaging 19.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game...finished as the school's all-time leading scorer in the sport of basketball.
