Ryan Hess is in his first season as a defensive assistant. He previously served as the Football Operations Manager at Lafayette in 2010. Hess served as a graduate assistant at Wilkes University as the running back coach. At Wilkes, Hess coordinated the defensive scout team and was the video coordinator. Prior to his arrival there, he was an undergraduate assistant at Rowan University, where he coached the linebackers, safeties and secondary. Hess is a 2008 graduate of Rowan University with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and master's degree from Wilkes University in Business Administration. |
