Ian Dell begins his first season on the Lafayette coaching staff, returning to a Leopard program in which the former defensive lineman was an All-Patriot League First-Team defensive lineman.

A two-year starter, Dell was the team's defensive line MVP in his senior season of 2009 while earning College Sporting News All-America Honorable Mention status.

Dell spent the past two seasons as a defensive line coach at Division III Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pa. He handled the weekly defensive line practice schedules, and conducted positional meetings covering scouting reports and the installation of the defensive game plan. Dell also recruited in central Pennsylvania and central New Jersey in his time with the Greyhounds program.

A native of Harrisburg, Pa., Dell graduated from Lafayette in 2010 with a degree in Neuroscience.
