Projected as the Leopards’ starting middle linebacker on the preseason depth chart.
2000: Earned his second varsity letter…a special teams stalwart, he started the final three contests at middle linebacker…finished ninth on the team in tackles with 41…tallied tackles in all but one contest including a career high seven stops against Harvard.
1999: Selected as Lafayette’s special teams’ award recipient by the coaching staff...started the Bucknell game at inside linebacker and came through with eight tackles in the Leopards’ win over the Bison...excelled on special teams. 1998: Saw limited action at the varsity level...recovered one fumble for the Leopards...performed well for the junior varsity program.
AT DE MATHA HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year member the football and baseball teams, he played catcher and first base, as well as inside linebacker on the gridiron...as captain of his football team he was an All-Division and All-Conference player, as well as receiving the team Iron Man Award and team defensive player of the year.
