AT WHITEHALL HIGH SCHOOL: A two-year captain of the football team and three-year competitor in power lifting...placed first in Parkland Invitational competition, lifting in the 198 and 220 weight class...runs the 40-yard dash in 4.6, squats 520 pounds and benches up to 330 pounds...earned an honorable mention from the Mountain Valley Conference as an offensive guard in 2000 and made All-Mountain Valley Conference as a linebacker in 2001...also awarded the esteemed Billy Heller Award in 2001.
